Mary’s organic THINS gluten-free blend (organic tapioca starch, organic sorghum flour, organic potato starch, organic brown rice flour, organic whole grain quinoa flakes, organic mesquite flour, organic sprouted black bean flour, organic sprouted buckwheat flour, organic amaranth flour), filtered water, organic palm fruit oil (organic palm fruit oil and organic extra virgin red palm oil), organic tapioca syrup, organic chia seeds, organic safflower oil and/or organic sunflower oil, organic coconut palm sugar (from coconut palm flower nectar), organic sesame seeds, sea salt, organic dill weed, sodium and ammonium bicarbonate (for leavening), organic kale flakes, organic smoked paprika powder, organic rice bran extract, organic parsley, xanthan gum, organic rosemary extract, and organic black pepper.
