Mary’s Gone Crackers® Lightly Salted THINS are traditional in texture. That’s where “traditional” stops. Our THINS showcase gluten-free flours made from sprouted buckwheat, sprouted black beans, amaranth and more! To this we added chia seeds, quinoa flakes and a variety of herbs and spices. How can such a rich, buttery cracker be vegan? (That would be the palm fruit oil.) We call them THINS but they’ve got tons of flavor!
Mary’s organic THINS gluten-free blend (organic tapioca starch, organic sorghum flour, organic potato starch, organic brown rice flour, organic whole grain quinoa flakes, organic mesquite flour, organic sprouted black bean flour, organic sprouted buckwheat flour, organic amaranth flour), filtered water, organic palm fruit oil (organic palm fruit oil and organic extra virgin red palm oil), organic tapioca syrup, organic chia seeds, organic coconut palm sugar (from coconut palm flower nectar), organic safflower oil and/or organic sunflower oil, organic sesame seeds, sea salt, sodium and ammonium bicarbonate (for leavening), organic smoked paprika powder, organic rice bran extract, xanthan gum, organic rosemary extract, and organic black pepper. Manufactured in a peanut-free facility on equipment that produces products containing wheat, gluten, milk, soy, and other tree nuts.
